What Meet & Greet includes

Meet & Greet is the airport arrival with your chauffeur waiting for you inside the arrivals hall, holding a name board, rather than at the parking the airport designates for pre-booked cars. It is an extra you add to an airport pickup when you book.

• Your pickup coordinated with your arrival: your chauffeur follows your flight and times the pickup from its actual landing
• A name board with the name on the booking, held inside the arrivals hall as you come out
• Help with your bags from the arrivals hall to the car
• The car door opened for you, and help fitting a baby seat if you booked one

Meet & Greet, marhaba and DXB Greet & Go

Dubai International also has arrival services of its own, separate from your drivoo booking. marhaba, run by dnata, sells packages in which its staff assist you through the terminal; you book those with marhaba. DXB Greet & Go is Dubai Airports’ QR pickup at Terminal 3 for licensed hotels, limousine companies and tour operators that register their drivers: their guest scans a QR code to see the driver and the car.

drivoo’s Meet & Greet is the part that ends at your car: your chauffeur holds a name board inside the arrivals hall, times the pickup from your landing and helps with your bags. You add it to a drivoo airport pickup where it is offered, and you can book a marhaba package as well if you want help inside the terminal before you meet your chauffeur.

Who books it

First visits to the UAE, when you would rather not look for a car park or a meeting point after a long flight. Families with children and luggage, who want a hand with the bags and the baby seat. Business travellers and guests met on someone else’s behalf, who find their name at the exit and go straight to the car.
