Salik and parking at cost
Tolls and, where they apply, parking pass through at the government rate and are itemised on your receipt.
Airport waiting time
An airport pickup includes free waiting time after your flight lands. Waiting beyond it is charged at a clear per-minute rate.
Priced by class
Choose drivoo Go, drivoo Black or drivoo Van by passengers and bags; the fare reflects the class.

Confirm and add your card, and the price is locked for the trip you booked.
Free cancellation
Cancellation is free up to a set time before pickup, which depends on the booking and is shown when you book. An on-demand ride is free to cancel until a chauffeur accepts it, and for a short time after.
Hourly hire
Keep a chauffeur and car for the hours you need, with a minimum number of hours, shown when you book, and the same fixed pricing.
Paid by card
A hold for the fare is placed when you book; the final amount is charged after your ride, with an itemised receipt.
