What is the minimum hire period for a chauffeur by the hour?
Hourly hire has a minimum number of hours, shown when you book. It can be extended on the road.
Can I keep a chauffeur for travel between emirates all day?
Yes. Your chauffeur stays with you across all seven emirates for the hours booked. Any additional distance or hours are billed clearly.
Are all chauffeurs licensed?
Yes. Every drivoo chauffeur is licensed by the relevant transport authority (RTA, ITC, SRTA or the equivalent), trained and background-checked.
How does pricing work?
You see one fixed, all-inclusive fare before you book, with VAT included. Salik tolls and, where they apply, parking pass through at cost.
