Business rides for your team, on your company’s account
Sign your company up online. Once drivoo approves it, add your employees, each with a monthly budget. They switch to Business in the drivoo app, and your company card pays.

Your team
Add employees one at a time or from a CSV file: name, mobile and email. Each gets an email and a text message with the app link.
Monthly budgets
Each employee has a budget of trips or an amount in AED. You choose whether unused budget resets or rolls over, and how far beyond it the company still pays.
Budget alerts
Your admins are emailed when an employee reaches the share of the budget you choose, the budget itself, or the cover beyond it.
Personal or Business
Employees switch between Personal and Business in the drivoo app. Your company sees business rides only; personal rides are never shown to it.
Paid by company card
Business rides are priced exactly as public rides. Each is held on your company card at booking and charged when it is completed.
Every business trip
Your portal lists each business trip: employee, date and time in Dubai, pickup and drop-off, class, the cost breakdown and the booking reason.
How it works
Sign up
Your company’s details, trade licence and VAT certificate, and the authorised person’s Emirates ID and passport. Their mobile and email are verified.
drivoo reviews
We check your documents and email the decision. If we need more, we say what, and you update your application here.
Add your team
On approval, the authorised person is invited to the business portal. Add your employees and their budgets, and link your company card.
Ride
Your employees sign in to the drivoo app with their mobile number, confirm the work email you gave, complete their details and book business rides.
What to have ready
- Your trade licence: its number, issuing emirate and expiry date, and a copy
- Your VAT registration certificate: your 15-digit TRN, and a copy
- The authorised person’s Emirates ID (both sides) and passport, with their numbers and expiry dates
- An accounts contact: name, email and number
- Each copy as a PDF or a photo (JPG, PNG, HEIC or WebP) of up to 10 MB
