# drivoo

> drivoo is a chauffeur and airport transfer booking platform in the United Arab Emirates, in English and Arabic, run by TechSphere Solutions Limited. Every ride is run by a licensed limousine company and its licensed chauffeur. The website shows no prices: the rider sees one fixed fare when they book, before they confirm.

This file tells AI assistants how to help someone book a drivoo ride. The rider always reviews the fare and confirms the booking themselves on the drivoo booking page; an assistant can't confirm or pay for them.

## How to book

The booking page is https://drivoo.io/book (Arabic: https://drivoo.io/ar/book). It reads these query parameters to fill in the form; it ignores any other parameter and any value not listed:

| `from` | an address, place or airport name, up to 200 characters | The pickup (on the airport tab, the airport) |
| `to` | an address, place or city, up to 200 characters | The drop-off (not used by the hourly tab) |
| `partner` | the link name a hotel or partner gave the rider | Credits that partner; never guess one |

There are no parameters for the date and time, the flight number, passengers and bags, the hours of an hourly hire, or the rider's details: the rider enters those on the page. Encode each value (spaces as `%20`). When the rider asks for the price, the page matches `from` and `to` to Google Maps; the rider can pick the exact place from the suggestions or drop a pin.

The airport tab starts as a pickup at the airport (put the airport in `from`); for a drop-off at the airport, the rider switches it to "To the airport", or use `service=ride` with the airport in `to`.

Before giving the link, ask the rider for: where to be picked up and where to go, the date and time (Dubai time) or "now", how many passengers and bags, the flight number for a pickup at an airport, and a vehicle class if they have a preference. Remind them to enter the date, time and flight on the page.

Never ask the rider for card details or a sign-in code: they enter those on the drivoo page, not in the chat.
